Steam brinjal in a cooker with little water. close the lid. cook on high flame. switch off the gas after first whistle transfer it in a strainer.

Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste saute it now add chopped onion all spices and saute it..

After roast the onion add tomato and cook until tomatoes become mushy now add brinjal and mix cook for another 5 to 6 minute.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with parathas aur roti.......
