  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspred chillipowder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspasofedita
  • 1 cupwater
  • as requiredCoriander and cream for garnish

    In a pressure cooker, add oil cumin seeds, asofedita and the chopped watermelon waste

    Now add the puree and all spices and mix well. Add one cup water and pressure cook for 5mts

    Curry is ready. Simple yet tasty. Garnish with coriander and fresh cream. Serve hot with chapati or rice
