Soak basmati rice for 1/2 hour

In a pan boil water and then add soaked rice and add salt

Cook rice for 5 minutes and check if it's 90 percent cooked switch of the flame and drain it with drainer

Transfer to bowl serve with Thai curry and sauteed veggies
