Ingredients

1 person
  1. Halfa 1/2 inch thick cut Ham Slice or, 1 hamsteak
  2. 1 tbs.Butter
  3. 1/2 canCoca-Cola
  4. 1 tbsFrank's Red Hot
  5. 1/4 tsp"El Yucateco" Red Habaneero Sauce
  6. 1/2 tspor few drops of Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

25-30 mins

    Assemble the hamsteak, sauces, and coke.

    Sautee and sear the Hamsteak in a small pan with the butter over medium high heat until well browned and crispy on both sides, around 8 minutes, 4 minutes a side.

    Remove the seared and warm throughout hamsteak to your serving plate.

    Add the half can of coke, and scrape and deglaze the bottom of the pan. Add the hot sauces and worcestireshire. Bring to a brisk boil and simmer to reduce.

    After the redeye gravy has reduced and thickened substantially under boil, about 10 - 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Pour the hot gravy over the hamsteak

    Serve with fried eggs and toast with red raspberry preserves.
