In a kadai put oil, once fully hot simmer the flame and add bell pepper, saute it for 2-3 minutes till it gets little brown

Take out in a plate and in the remaining oil add sliced onions, if required add little oil, saute it till it gets brownish, add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, saute and add ginger chilli paste

Let it cook for 1-2 minutes on lower flame then add masala, again stir it

Add tomato paste, saute it and let it be cooked nicly
Add salt to taste and little sugarAfter say 3-4 minutes add 1/2 glass water and let it boil, then add capsicum, let it be cooked for 3-4 minutes on simmer flame

Once cooked garnish it with green onion and hara dhaniay
