Ingredients

  • 3squids, cut into circle
  • 3 salted egg yolks, smashed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic, crushed
  • 1onion, cubed
  • 1 tbsp chilies paste
  • 1 tbsp oysters sauce
  • A handful of celery

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan over medium heat, put olive oil. Add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add onion, stir fry until translucent. Add squids, salted egg yolks, chilies paste, oysters sauce and celery. Stir fry until cook. Ready to enjoy.
