To celebrate the sixth birthday 🎂🎉 of Cookpad, I decided to bake a semolina choco chips and sprinkler cake. It's easy to make and delicious too 😋

To celebrate the sixth birthday 🎂🎉 of Cookpad, I decided to bake a semolina choco chips and sprinkler cake. It's easy to make and delicious too 😋

In a grinder jar mix curd, oil and sugar and grind for 40-45 seconds.

Then add semolina, all purpose flour (maida), and milk and grind to a smooth paste. Pour to a mixing bowl. Rest 10 minutes.

Add saffron milk, vanilla extract and mix the semolina batter. Lastly add baking powder and baking soda and mix.

Pour batter in the cake tin. Tap twice to release air bubbles, garnish with choco chips and sprinklers. Bake in a preheated kadhai for 30 to 35 minutes on low heat. When cooled down naturally remove the cake from the baking plate and enjoy.
