Buffalo Chicken Dip Stuffed Sweet Bell Peppers

I had one red & two green, sweet, bell peppers to use up before they went bad & also a whole big bowl full of leftover B/buffalo chicken dip that I had made and needed to use up as well. 😏 I attached my buffalo chicken dip recipe to this one, however, you could buy a premade one from the store or make your own personal recipe also! 😎👍 Further, I used shredded monterey jack cheese for the topping as that's what I had, but you could use any shredded cheese that you like! 🤷🏻‍♀️👌*Note: If making your own homemade dip you will need to add 30-60 minutes to the cook time. 😉

Ingredients

  1. 3sweet bell peppers
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tsppepper
  5. 6-8 cupsbuffalo chicken dip
  6. 3 cupsshredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°. Wash & Cut bell peppers in halves. Remove seeds. Place in or on a greased baking dish. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake in oven for 25 mins.

    Next, remove from oven and stuff with chicken dip. About 1 cup full in each half. You can buy a premade dip, make your own recipe, or use my attached recipe! 😍🤤

    Then, reduce oven temperature to 350° and return stuffed peppers to oven for another 25 mins.

    Lastly, remove from oven and sprinkle tops with shredded cheese. Return to oven for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve & Enjoy!
