Make garlic butter by mixing butter and grated garlic, i added 1/2 tsp dried oregano, mix keep aside

Roll out pastry, spread garlic butter by using a spoon, which is easy,

Put cheese on top, (put chilli flakes or jalapeño top of cheese)then roll back again n cut into circles, put on a tray add more cheese on each circle then bake

Bake it in a pre heated oven or air fry it on 200dg for 12 to 15 min
Serve hot or cold and can be reheated in microwave, air fryer or tawa
