Make soft dough using maida,ghee,and water

Rest dough for 20 mins

Other side make sugar syrup by add water,sugar, elaichi,kesar

Sugar syrup should not be too thick nor too loose

From dough make small balls roll it down. Fill the mixture.and shape it using gujiya mould

Deep fry on slow flame when it turns pink dip it in sugar syrup.for 1 sec.

Ready to serve
