  2. 2 tspghee
  3. as per requirementWater for dough
  4. Filling
  5. 1 cupkhoya
  6. 1 cupsweet petha mithai
  7. 1)2 cup nariyal dry
  8. 1/4 cupDry fruits
  9. pinchElaichi powder
  10. strandsFew kesar
  11. Sugar syrup
  12. 1 1/2 cup sugar
  13. 3 cupswater
  14. pinchElaichi powder
  15. few strands kesar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make soft dough using maida,ghee,and water

  2. 2

    Rest dough for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Other side make sugar syrup by add water,sugar, elaichi,kesar

  4. 4

    Sugar syrup should not be too thick nor too loose

  5. 5

    From dough make small balls roll it down. Fill the mixture.and shape it using gujiya mould

  6. 6

    Deep fry on slow flame when it turns pink dip it in sugar syrup.for 1 sec.

  7. 7

    Ready to serve
