Ingredients

30 mins
4-6 servings
  • 1 halfbox of macaroni (2 cups?)
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter 1/4 block of Velveeta cubed
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 cupsFrozen spinach
  • 3skinless chicken breast

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil macaroni in large pot with water 2 inches above macaroni until tender

  2. 2

    Drain and add back to pot.

  3. 3

    Salt n pepper chicken breasts on both sides

  4. 4

    Grill or boil chicken your choice. Chop chicken or shred. Add to macaroni

  5. 5

    On med low heat add butter, milk, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and spinach.
    Stir together

  6. 6

    Once incorporated add velveeta. Stir until melted.

    Serve hot! enjoy!

    Note; you can add extra shredded cheese to this or just leave it like that your choice 😉 😋
