Ingredients

  • 6Potatoes
  • 6-8Green chillies
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the chillies and potatoes.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in chillies and potatoes.

    Cook covered for 15-20 minutes till potatoes are tender.

    Mix in all the remaining ingredients.
