Prepare Bhaja (fried) masala - heat kadai & fry all masala till aroma of masala comes out. Then grind it corse. Keep aside.

Clean Amla with water & dry it in sunlight. Then slit, 3 sides of Amla. Heat kadai & add sugar & 1 cup of water. Make sugar syrup. Then add Amla & salt. Boil it. Keep aside. Next day again boil it. Cover & rest it for 1 day. Next day again boil it. Cover & cook it for 10 minutes.

Add 3 tbs. bhaja masala in it. Coat it properly. Turn off the flame. Cool it & keep it in a jar for 15 to 20 days. Keep it in sunlight everyday. Enjoy delicious Amla Murabba 😋
