  • Fish
  • Salt
  • Pepper spice (yaji)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your fish into desired shape wash and pet dry with a kitchen towel.

    Sprinkle some salt massage it then add your pepper spice to massage and leave for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Add it to your air fryer and allow to fry for 10 minutes then turn the other face to fry for 10 minutes too.

    Store it or enjoy with garri and kuli kuli
