These cooked this way are gorgeous, just cut in half boiled, then Lamb stock added, mint sauce . So enjoyable, and quick also easy 😉
Steps

Cut each heart in half then remove the tube and little fatty bits if you prefer.

Add to the water add to the hob bring to the boil then turn down and simmer for 15 minutes

Next add the black pepper, Minty Sauce and 2 Lamb stock crumble in and stir cook for a further 5 minutes.

To Serve take out the hearts slice them into 4 slices and add to the serving plate

Add tsps cornflour/starch to a little water and add and stir in the gravy until thickened

Add your veg to the serving plate with the sliced hearts and then pour over the heart and veg with the gravy. Serve and enjoy
