These air-fried crispy wings are literally the key to super bowl games or parties and celebrations. They are so good and easy to make.
Steps

Take out wings from packaging and rinse them off.

Pat them dry with paper towel.

Make a salt brine (table-salt, kosher salt, etc.) 1% by weight.

But the wings in a large bowl and mix them with the salt brine.

Then place the wings on a large rack on a tray and place them in the fridge overnight.

After the wings dry out overnight, season them with the homemade wing seasoning (listed above in ingredients list)

Depending on the size of your air fryer, fit as many as you can but don’t stuff them in.

Set your air fryer to 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes per side (flip wings in between)

After they are done cooking, place them on a plate to cool and cook the rest for the same amount of time.

Remember, for each time you cook them while they are cooking halfway, spray them with vegetable cooking oil if you want them to be more crispy.
