Using the whisk attachment, - Cream butter well, until it is white and fluffy. You may need to scrape the sides a few times.

Sift together Salt, Confectionery Sugar and Cocoa

Add the sifted Sugar mix SLOWLY to the butter. Mix well after each addition

Slowly add ¼ Cup Milk & vanilla extract. Mix well! Scrape sides and bottom of bowl well!

If needed* add additional 1 tsp milk to make creamier

Mix on high until doubled in volume!
