  5. 15 gvegetable oil
  6. 70 gall-purpose flour
  7. 1 pinchbaking soda
  8. 2 gbaking powder
  9. Peanut powder, to taste
  10. Muscovado sugar, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the egg, powdered sugar, and milk until well combined, then add the oil and mix well. Sift all the dry ingredients and combine everything together.

    Pour the batter into a frying pan, then turn on the heat. Cook on low heat for 7 minutes with the lid on. After 4 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with peanut powder and muscovado sugar, then cover again.
