Ingredients

  1. 5 1/4 cupspuffed rice cereal (about 150 grams)
  2. 1/4 cuphoney (about 50 grams)
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsagave syrup (about 20 grams)
  4. 20squares white chocolate (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the cereal, honey, and agave syrup.

    Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C).

    Place the mixture into individual molds and bake for 15 minutes.

    Let the bars cool before removing from molds.

    If you want to coat them:

    Place 2 squares of white chocolate in each individual mold and let them melt for a few minutes in the still-warm oven (watch carefully to prevent burning). Spread the chocolate with a spoon and press the bars into each mold lightly. Refrigerate to set the chocolate.
