Cover and let rise at room temperature for 4-6 hours, until doubled.

Line trays with parchment paper and spread dough evenly.

Dimple the dough with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle rosemary and black pepper.

Bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
