Sprinkle cookie

My favorite cookie light and airy crispy on the edges and colorful great for kids and people who just like sprinkles and easy to make and it might sound weird but since I made this a 11am when I had a craving for cookies it involves tub butter instead of stick (how many it makes depends on how big you scoop)
