Soak raw rice and urad dal for 5 hours.add fenugreek seeds while soaking. After 2hours of soaking add flatten rice to it. Blend to smooth batter.

Ferment idli batter overnight. Add salt to it. grease idli mould with oil. Pour idli batter to it. Cook idlis for 12 to 15 minutes on medium heat. Allow it to cool down. Cut into pieces

Heat deep pan add oil to it. Once hot add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies. Mix well now and add turmeric powder. Add chopped idli pieces, red chilli powder, salt and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Put some lemon juice.mix well cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with tomato sauce. You can add various veggies to this but my family prefers crispy idli so I didn't add anything. you can do with leftover idlis also.Enjoy
