  • 1 cupRaw brown rice
  • 3 cupsWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice for half an hour.

    In pressure cooker add in 1:3 ratio water, for every 1 cup of rice 3 cups of water.

    Give 1st whistle on high, and then in low, cooking exactly for 15 mins. After switching off, let the pressure release by itself.
