In a non stick pan add fennel seeds, cumin seeds,coriander seeds, and carom seeds and dry roast for couple of minutes until it omits aroma. Transfer on a plate and allow to cool completely.

In a mixer jar add all the ingredients and grind to fine powder. Store in an airtight jar.
You can use this for chaas, dahi vada, pani puri or even sprinkle on fruits. Enjoy 😉
