Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

In a bowl, add the egg, milk, mashed bananas, and oil. (Optional: add sweetener.) Mix until smooth. Sift in the flour and stir until combined.

Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot.

Once the skillet is hot, lightly butter it and pour in some batter.

Flip the pancake when bubbles form on the surface.

Serve with dulce de leche if desired.
