Steps

Take potatoes boil well and peel out the skin,keep ready.

Take cheese and bread crumbs keep it aside.

Take a bowl put maida,corn flour,red chilly powder, garam masala and salt.

Mix flour and masala with half a cup of water without lumps.

Take another bowl put mashed potatoes, all masala powders, green chilly, coriander leaves and salt mix well, make a dough.

Take little potato masala mix and make it uniform balls, then flatten it like cutlet shape.

Dip the prepared cutlets in the masala flour mix and roll it in bread crumbs.

Put a kadai in stove,pour half liter oil,let it heat, then add the prepared cutlets, cook with medium heat. Turn both sides,cutlets become golden brown take out,put it in tissue paper to take out excess oil.

Superb cutlets are ready to serve.
