Ingredients

  1. 63 galmond flour
  2. 4 tablespooncoconut oil
  3. 3large eggs
  4. 28 gpsylium husk powder
  5. 28 gcocoa powder
  6. 28 gerythritol
  7. 28 gcoconut milk
  8. 28 gsour cream omit if you dont really like it
  9. 1 teaspoonpink salt
  10. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  11. 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  12. For the filling
  13. 230 gcream cheese
  14. 28 gsour cream
  15. 30 gerythritol
  16. 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  17. 8 table spoonbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingredients..best if you sift it
    Almond flour
    Cocoa powder
    Psylium husk
    Baking powder
    Salt

    Wet ingredients
    Crack 3 eggs in the mixer,add in the erythritol..followed by vanilla ezsence and use speed 2 and gradually to 4..let it mix for 3 min.

    Change to speed 2 and add in coconut oil,sour cream and coconut milk

    Add in the dry ingredients and mix well

    Bake in the oven for 12 minutes..temperature 190c

    The filling
    Combine cream cheese and erythritol and mix well in the mixer..add in butter,vanilla essence and sour cream
    Mix it well

    Once the cake has cooled..spread the filling evenly

    And roll it.

    Chill the cake for 2 hours before serving as it looks great and taste better too!!
