Steps

Soak cashew nuts and seeds for 5-10 minutes.

In a blender, add ginger, green chilli, cashew nuts, muskmelon and watermelon seeds, and make a fine paste.

Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, Elaichi, laung and add paste. Stir till it thickens and than add water and cook till it boil.

Now add salt, black pepper and cook till gravy thickens and oil separates

Add tomato puree.

Add paneer cubes and serve it with kuttu roti/ chila/parantha
- 7
Note- If you don’t consume tomato during fasting, you can replace it with curd.
