Preheat oven to 350°

Either cut or separate the biscuits in half and stretch them out. You need to get the dough thin enough to not overpower the sausage.

Sprinkle a bit of cheese onto your biscuit, place a sausage in the center, roll and pinch the seam and place down on a cookie sheet.

Brush the top of each biscuit with egg wash and sprinkle a bit more cheese on top

Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes, checking for golden brown tops.
