Ingredients

  • 1 poundpeanuts or as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry the peanuts if they are raw so they can roast slightly in the oven and remove moisture well. They should not remain damp.

    Place the peanuts and all the ingredients in a blender and blend well for five minutes or more if needed until it becomes creamy. Enjoy!
