Japanese "sweet potato"
In Japan, "Sweet potato" is the name of sweets.
Steps

Peel and cut sweet potato, then boil the potato until it become soft (or, microwave it with a small amount of water).

Drain off the water from the potato, then mash it roughly.

Add butter, sugar, and milk to the mashed potato, and mash and mix them.

Add a yolk and mix them.
- 5
Divide them into small chunks, then put them on a baking paper.
Optional: Add yolk for glazing - 6
Pop into a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 20 mins. If the potato is too soft, please wait 5 mins to 10 mins more.
