Shrimp Asparagus Alfredo

Steps

Start by melting butter in a large skillet & sauté your diced onion & minced garlic. Sauté 1-2 mins or until translucent.

Add shrimp & cook 2-3 mins until shrimp is pink or just barely cooked all the way.

Add cut up asparagus & sauté a min or two.

Add the jar of Rao’s alfredo sauce & grated parmesan cheese. Mix together until shrimp & asparagus is fully coated with the alfredo sauce & parmesan cheese is melted in. Bring to a boil & then simmer until asparagus is tender. Serve as a main dish or side!
