Fill a large glass jar with 1/2 - 2/3 way with your preferred flavour item

Fill till top of jar with filtered water not anything below as mould can produce

Place in any of the starter and mix

Mix the vinegar 2-3X a day with a wooden stick to avoid mould build up. Avoid metal aswell.

Always keep in a dark place with jar covered with fabric only, not lid

Keep mixing everyday till the fruits sink down. This normally takes 20-35 days depending on weather and fruit

Once sunken filter the fruits then place back in the clean glass jar and cover with its own lid storing in a dark place

Leave it for roughly 4-6 months. The longer left the stronger the flavour. A new vinegar-mother may even form on the top
