Make these delicious tikkis made of bitter gourd leaves and serve hot along with rice/roti.

Wash and chop the leaves. Soak the ingredients under rice paste for half an hour, then grind to make a paste. Mix the rice paste, besan, turmeric and salt along with chopped onion, tomato and green chilli.

Heat oil in a flat pan, take small amount and place like a flat ball on hot tawa. Flip and Roast from both sides until red.
