Jowar Flour Dhokla

Take a jowar flour in a mixing bowl.Mix curd and 1cup of water and mix properly.
Cover and leave it fo for 3-4hrs. - 2
Now add all vegetables in a batter.Add oil salt turmeric powder and ginger chilli garlic paste. Mix well.Lastly add eno and 1tbsp.water to activate eno. Beat well.
Grease oil in a mould and pour batter. Steam for 15 min.
Take out from steamer Allow it to cool and demould. - 3
For Tadka:-Heat oil in a pan.Tempered Mustard seeds sessme seeds curry leaves and chopped green chilli. Pour on a Dhokla.And Serve.
Tasty Healthy Jowar Dhokla is ready to serve. Garnish with Coriander Chutney pomogranate Seeds and sev.
Serve with Coriander Chutney
