First, cube your chicken breast and add flour, corn starch, and toss until well combined. Air fry for 8 minutes on 370 then flip and in again for another 8 minutes.

Second, on medium heat add your minced garlic and sesame oil, and toss for 2 minutes then add your orange marmalade and soy sauce.

Stir the mixture for for 3-5 minutes and once darkened as below; Add the chicken and mix every 2 minutes for 3 rounds or until desired thickness and consistency. Serve with your fav bowl of rice 🍚
