.25 cupmilk +.75 teaspoons lemon juice
.75 cupswhole milk ricotta
2 tablespoonsmelted butter
3large eggs

Combine wet in order listed. Combine at least each step

Add wet to dry. Don't over mix. Leave a little lumpy
