  • Dry
  • .75 cupor 102 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • .75 teaspoonfine salt
  • Wet
  • .25 cupor 40 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1lemon zest
  • 1.5 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  • .25 cupmilk +.75 teaspoons lemon juice
  • .75 cupswhole milk ricotta
  • 2 tablespoonsmelted butter
  • 3large eggs
  • Other
  • Veg oil

Steps

    Combine dry

  2. 2

    Combine wet in order listed. Combine at least each step

  3. 3

    Add wet to dry. Don't over mix. Leave a little lumpy

    Oil and some butter in medium heat pan. Use a lid to help cook.
