  • 7 tbspSugar
  • 1/2 tspVanilla essence
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 4 tbspCorn flour
  • For Topping:
  • 300 gmsStrawberries
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 1 tspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the strawberries into a puree.

    Sieve the blended berries.

    Reserve the pulp and discard the residue.

    Cook together custard ingredients till thickens.

    Put custard in a bowl.

    Cook together topping ingredients till berries are tender and moisture evaporates.

    Put topping over custard.
