Place the dry ingredients into your Kenwood Food Mixing Bowl, so 200g Self-raising Flour in first and then add the One teaspoon of Table Salt and then add the 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder - 2
Then add the wet ingredients, so add the 8 Dessert Spoons of Greek Style Yoghurt and then add the 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil - add the Kenwood Dough Hook Attachment and see through Plastic Round guard and then on the minimum speed mix together and then turn too full speed for 30 seconds and then turn your Kenwood Food Mixing Machine off
- 3
Line One very big Baking Tray with Baking Parchment Paper or line 2 average sized Baking Tray's. I used One very big Baking Tray and so I lined it with Baking Parchment Paper and then placed the raw bread dough in the middle and then I stretched it out with my Fingers - I made Finger hole indentations in the flattened out raw bread dough
- 4
Add Passata Tomato sauce too cover and then break the balls of Mozzarella apart with your Fingers and evenly spread on the Tomato sauce coated raw Flatbread and then roughly chop the 400g of Mature Cheddar Cheese (better still grate the Mature Cheddar Cheese) and then add too the raw homemade Pizza and then bake in the oven at Gas Mark 8 for 30 minutes - could change the Baking Tray around after 15 minutes and then the side near the Oven door can develop a crispy Pizza edge as well
