Outer flour, in a mixing bowl put the cake flour, salt and sugar, whisk to combine. Add olive oil. Use clean hand to mix well. then add cold water. Knead until the dough does not stick to the bowl, divide into 5 portions and form into round balls. Then cover for 30 minutes. Inner dough, in a mixing bowl, put the cake flour and olive oil. Use clean hand to mix well. Then divide into 5 portions and form into a balls.

After 30 minutes, flatten the outer dough, place the inner dough and wrap it. You will get 5 portions. Cover for 1 hour. After 1 hour, flatten the dough and roll it. Flatten and roll it again. Then cut into 4 portions and roll it as shown.

Fry over medium heat until turn to golden brown, scoop and drain.

Put sugar, butter, salt and water into the wok. Stir until the sugar dissolve. Add chives, let it boil. Turn off the stove. Put the roti in, gently stir for butter coating. Bring to rest on the rack. Ready to enjoy 😉
