Assemble ingredients, finely chop vegetables. Take hung Curd.

Apply butter on any one side of each bread slices.
Take a mixing bowl add paneer + chopped veggies + hung curd + pepper powder + Oregano + salt and mix well.

Now spread a thick layer of the mixture on the bread slice keeping the buttered side outwards cover it on another bread slice keeping the buttered side outwards and give a gentle press.

Place tawa / pan on low flame, place bread on it, and toast on low flame for 2-3 minutes and press gently. Add little butter on sides for better toasting.

Flip and toast the other side by pressing gently and toast till golden brown for 1-2 minutes.

The sandwich is ready. Cut into two halves or diagonally and serve hot hot.

Serve with cucumber slices and enjoy the healthy and yummy Curd Vegetable sandwich.
