Mix custard powder with 2tbsp milk or water. Mixing should be such that there should not be any lump. Boil 300ml milk. Add custard mixture into the boiled milk under constant stirring. Add sugar and keep on stirring under low flame till the mixture becomes thick. Switch off the burner and allow the custard to cool down to room temperature. During cooling one has to do occasional stirring to avoid thickening on the top. Keep the custard for at least 6hrs in the fridge.

Cut the fruits before serving. I have made small slices of mango and banana. Cherry is kept as it is. Mix the fruit slices with the custard.

Distribute the custard into serving bowls and decorate with cherry.
