Peel the sweet potato and cut it into long chips. And then keep it in cold water for 15 minutes. Now drain it. In a pan and then fry it when the oil gets hot.

Fry the pieces on medium heat and when the oil stops. bubbing pour out chips.

Now take it in a bowl. This is now our sweet potatoes french fries is ready. Serve with ketchup
