Ingredients

8 servings

1Boiled egg
1 tbspMayonnaise
1Salt and pepper
1Hanpen
1 tbspEasy melting cheese
1 dashParsley

Steps

Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to the boiled egg.

Cut the hanpen into fourths (squares), and then in half diagonally.
3

Cut an opening into the tops of the triangles.
4

Pack the egg salad into the slit, add cheese, and toast in a toaster oven for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.

The sandwiches in this photo aren't toasted. It looks like a sandwich made with regular bread!
