I went to the restaurant Cheesecake factory. I ordered their Louisiana Chicken. I loved the combo of veggies and pasta, but I thought the chicken was too much. So, I created this #Fakeaway version.

1 boxbow pasta
1 bagsweet peppers cut up
1/2 cupItalian blend cheese (optional)
8 ozcooked portobello mushrooms
1 cuppoppy seed salad dressing
