Sesame Seeds Gravy for rice

Take all the needed ingredients. Make tomato puree.

Dry roast the given ingredients given for masala except sesame seeds and chilli. Keep aside.

Then roast sesame seeds,until it splutter. Then dry roast red chilli and grind it all,once it cools.

In a hot pan,pour oil and do seasoning,next add onion, garlic,saute. When it becomes transparent add sliced brinjal and drumstick,sprinkle salt and saute.

Add tomato puree, after brinjal clour changes. Saute,until oil separates. Now add tamarind extract and let it boil around 5mins.

Then add grinded powder and salt mix well. Then add required amount (750ml) of water for the gravy.

Let's cover and cook,around 30 to 40 minutes. Gravy thickens. Atlast you can add 1/2sp of jaagery,mix gently and turn off the flame,serve.
