First boil the kabuli chana.

Heat oil in a frypan and fry chopped onion, ginger paste and garlic paste until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and grind well.Mix it with boiled kabuli chana boil it with water add salt cumin powder.When the water dries up and become a paste, chopped coriander leaves,chopped green chillies and lemon juice and mix well.

Ghugni chaat is ready. When serving, garnish with chopped onion, chopped tomato,poori, coriander leaves, tomato sauce,chopped green chilli,slice lemon and bhujia.
