For Busy Days! Stir Fried Pork with Curry and Soy Sauce

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp
Make this when you don't have energy or time, or if you only have pork on hand.
I used pork only, but you can add various vegetables to the stir fry too.
This is very well flavored, so it's delicious with plain lettuce. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the pork into easy to eat pieces. Put into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce, sake, and curry powder, and rub the seasonings into the meat thoroughly.
- 2
Mix vegetable oil with the pork just before stir frying. This way, the pork pieces will separate easily.
- 3
Heat a pan with more vegetable oil, and stir fry the pork quickly.

Turnip & Pork Belly Curry Stir-fry
To preserve the texture of the turnip, I decided to stir fry rather than boiling them. The light turnips go wonderfully with the rich pork belly.● If you overcook the turnips, then they'll start to fall apart so give them a quick stir fry on high heat (don't worry if the texture seems raw).● Cook everything on high heat. I made various types of curry-flavored meat stir-fries from recipe books, but I was rarely able to get it to turn out how I wanted.I figured I would think of a recipe myself, tried several times, and was finally able to come up with a taste that I could approve of~ .This is delicious .This burns easily if you over-sauté, so be careful after adding the flavoring ingredients. You can if course, use meat other than pork offcuts.Season with salt and pepper for the finishing touch while checking the taste. This calls for lots of onions, so reduce the amount if you dislike them . For 2 peoples. Recipe by Iku..

Cabbage and Pork Stir Fry with Ume Soy Sauce
I added some pork to a simple tossed side dish to turn it into a main dish.My husband found this a little sour. Please adjust the amount of umeboshi paste and mentsuyu sauce while tasting. Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce
Whenever it's really hot, I don't feel like cooking, so I thought up a recipe I could make in a jiffy to re-energize my body.I had a lot of fish sauce left over, so I used it to flavor this. The exotic fragrance encourages your appetite. The key is to stir fry the pork until it's crispy and slightly browned! To enjoy the crispy texture of the bean sprouts, stir fry it quickly over high heat. As time passes moisture starts to come out of bean sprouts, so I recommend eating this right away.I like to add a lot of black pepper at the end. For 2 servings. Recipe by yaburie

New Potatoes and Pork Stir Fry with Butter and Soy Sauce
I think the new potatoes grown here on Tokunoshima Island called Haru Ichiban (First of the Spring) are the best you can get. On the island, we receive these potatoes as gifts from several places in the spring, so I thought up this recipe in order to enjoy them.By coating the pork with katakuriko before stir frying it, it becomes amazingly tender and juicy. You can peel the new potatoes if you like...but no! You should eat them with the skins on!! Butter and garlic tend to burn easily, so even if it's a bother please turn the heat off before adding them. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Tokunoshima yori

Pork, Chinese Chives, and Potato Summer Curry Stir-Fry
I think curry induces appetites, and i had Chinese chives in the fridge, so I sauted them.I also added potatoes, so it is filling; the Chinese chives are filled with fiber, and the pork absorbs the nutrients, turning this into an all-purpose stir-fry.Two main points are pre-seasoning the pork, and flavoring it with soy sauce. Adding garlic when sauteing the pork will give this more of an Asian-style. You can also use store-bought curry roux, but this might mean that there will not be enough water, so adjust the amount of water. For 2~3 people. Recipe by Shinyori-na

Stir Fried Pork, Shimeji Mushrooms and King Oyster Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce
This is a variation on my recipe Nagaimo Yam and Pork Stir Fry. Chopped pork tends to get tough if you stir fry it, so I treated it in a certain way to make it as tender as possible. Make it hearty with a boost of inexpensive mushrooms!Serve it to small children without the black pepper. If there are burned bits in the pan after taking out the meat (Step 4), wipe with a paper towel before proceeding. If you simmer it for too long at Step 6, the meat will get tough so be careful. For 2 servings. Recipe by Iku..
