Ingredients

Serves 2–3 servings
  1. 250 gramsthinly sliced pork
  2. 7–8 cm lotus root
  3. 2bell peppers
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 1 tablespooncooking sake
  7. 1 tablespoonsugar
  8. 1 tablespoonmirin
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoonscurry powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the lotus root into half-moon slices and soak in vinegar water. Cut the pork and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Mix the ingredients marked with an asterisk (*).

    Drain the lotus root well and stir-fry with the pork and bell peppers. Add the mixed sauce and stir-fry lightly until done!
