Onion Eggplant fry with Fish oil
Steps

Take a frying pan, Heat oil & add chopped Garlic. After a while, add onion & Green chillies. Fry it till golden brown.

Then add Eggplant & turmeric powder. Fry it well in medium to high flame for 5 minutes. Then add Fish fat / oil in it.

Fry it well. Then add salt & again fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. When oil comes from eggplant, it's done.
Serve it with hot steamed Rice. Simply delicious.
